The Canadian Symposium on Catalysis is held biannually. Canadian andinternational researchers from all areas of catalysis are equallywelcome to attend. The object of the meeting is to showcase the recentachievements, promote the exchange of ideas and stimulate newdevelopments in all fields of catalysis. The Twentieth CanadianSymposium will also focus on encouraging the exchange of knowledgebetween researchers from heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis. Towards an integrated approach in innovation and development
In the line of the successful series of WCOC's (Italy 1989, Spain 1993, USA 1997, Germany 2001, Japan 2005), the congress is intended to offer an update of recent innovation in fundamental and applied aspects. The 6WCOC will be focussed on highlighting progress, new developments and new directions in oxidation.
The organization of the 6WCOC will be ensured jointly between the "Laboratory of Catalysis and Solid State Chemistry - UCCS" (UST Lille/CNRS/ECL/ENSCL - France) and the "Laboratory of Catalysis and Divided Materials Chemistry - CATA" (Université catholique de Louvain - Belgium).
